110 sqm.

In this speedy two-months renovation, we designed a cozy apartment for a family of three, blending eclectic styles into functional planning. The project began with a full demolition of the living room, repositioning it to embrace the expansive wall and uncovering the original ceramic flooring beneath the parquet. We dismantled the decorative plaster ceiling in the entrance and dining area, creating a more open and clean look. The kitchen was updated with new cabinet fronts, and we redesigned two bathrooms for enhanced comfort. The exposed concrete wall in the living room became an interesting focal point, and with the custom-made metal library, they create a beautiful setting for art displays. Throughout the apartment, we carefully redesigned the lighting, selecting unique and timeless fixtures. The final result showcases a thoughtful mix of vintage finds, contemporary design pieces, vibrant art, and greenery, creating a warm and inviting home for the family.
